The ADBA 2022 Written Exam will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at the JW Marriott Atlanta-Buckhead in Atlanta, GA. The deadline to submit the ADBA 2022 Written Exam application is February 26, 2022. Incomplete and/or late applications will not be accepted. Please DO NOT password protect exam applications. Password-protected applications will not be accepted.
The ADBA 2022 Oral Exams will be held Saturday-Sunday June 18 & 19, 2022 at the Hyatt Regency DFW in Dallas, TX. The deadline to submit the ADBA 2022 Oral Exam application is February 18, 2022. Incomplete and/or late applications will not be accepted. Please DO NOT password protect exam applications. Password-protected applications will not be accepted.
When submitting the National Practitioner Data Base (NPDB) self-query, please ensure that it is current as of the date of your application. Do not submit old NPDB self-query forms as they will not be accepted. The URL for the NPDB is: https://www.npdb.hrsa.gov/
Initial Application Fee $288 (non-refundable)
Written Examination Fee $720
Oral Examination Fee $2,160
The Initial Written Examination Application Fee is $288 ,which is non-refundable in the event an application is not accepted. The Written Exam Fee is seven hundred twenty dollars ($720.00) which permits entrance to the written examination. Full payment of $1,008 must be received with within 60 days prior to the date of examination.
The Oral Examination Fee is two thousand one hundred sixty dollars ($2,160.00) which permits entrance to the oral examination. Full payment must be received with application within 120 days prior to the date of examination.
The Examination Fee for repeat examinations is $720 for the written exam and $2,160 for the oral exam.
Confirmation of acceptance for examination will be made once application is determined to be complete and fees have been paid. If further information is required, the applicant will be immediately notified. Notification may be made by phone and/or sent either electronically via email and/or by standard mail.
